Experience: 1–2 years of International BPO (ITNL) experience is mandatory
Communication: Excellent English communication is mandatory
Transport: Candidate's residence should be within a 15 km radius of the office

Up to ₹45,000 (depending on their last drawn)

Selection Process

HR, VNA and Ops

HR Round – Normal phone call + Zoom call
VNA Round (Voice and Accent) – Tongue twisters, speaking topic, paragraph reading, and pronunciation of challenging US city/citizen names
Aptitude Test – Vocabulary, Grammar, Typing (20 WPM), and Logical Reasoning
Operations Round
