We are looking for a caring, responsible, and qualified School Nurse to provide first aid, basic healthcare, health monitoring, and medical support to students and staff while ensuring a secure and healthy school environment. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, attentive, and capable of responding calmly and effectively to medical situations.

Education/Qualifications

ANM/ GNM from a recognised institution.
Valid registration with the State Nursing Council is mandatory.
Certification in First Aid/CPR will be preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in a school, hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
Previous experience as a School Nurse will be preferred.

Additional Qualifications

Sound knowledge of first aid, basic emergency care, infection control,



and health and safety practices.
Good understanding of child and adolescent health and wellbeing.
Experience in maintaining student health records and medical documentation.
Knowledge of emergency response procedures and basic healthcare protocols.

Skills

Strong first-aid, clinical, and emergency response skills.
Caring, patient, and compassionate approach towards children..
Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies.
Strong record-keeping and confidentiality skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and staff.
