Peeple Media is a media production company. We work across video production, AI-generated video, design, and event production for brands, agencies, startups, and founders.

The role
This is a pure sales role. One person, no team, no reports. You own the entire cycle - source your own leads, pitch, scope, negotiate, close, and hand over to production. You set your own hours and build your own pipeline. Your income is entirely a function of what you close and collect.

What you'll do
Build and work your own pipeline across brands, agencies, startups, and event clients
Pitch our full-service range: media production, AI video, design, event production
Take a client brief, scope it with our production team, and build the proposal
Negotiate commercials and close
Hand off cleanly to production and stay the client's point of contact through delivery

Commission structure

Rates vary by service line, because cost structures differ.

▸ AI video, design and content - 25% of net invoice value

▸ Video production - 18% of net invoice value

▸ Event production - 10% of net revenue, after third-party vendor cost

▸ Renewals and repeat business from your own accounts - half the applicable recent-business rate, for 12 months from first close

▸ Inbound leads you did not source (website, referrals, our network) - 12%, closer-only rate

How it's paid
Commission is released on realised revenue - after the client's payment reaches us, not at signature
On milestone or staged payments, commission is paid pro-rata as each stage is collected
Calculated on net invoice value, excluding GST and any client-reimbursed pass-through costs
Minimum deal size for commission: ₹30,000. Below this, no commission applies
No cap on earnings
