Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will identify and qualify potential customers, present suitable imaging and diagnostic equipment solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems, collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure successful installation and after-sales support, and contributing to sales forecasts and market insights. The Sales Associate will represent C37 Healthcare professionally, build long-term customer relationships, and support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and consultative selling.
Ability to understand and explain technical features of medical imaging and diagnostic equipment in clear, accessible language.
Experience with basic sales processes such as lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to diverse healthcare stakeholders.
