Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Society Acquisition Executive to identify and acquire housing societies and RWA opportunities for redevelopment/development projects.
The candidate will be responsible for approaching RWAs and society committees, generating leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, conducting meetings and site visits, and converting societies into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach housing societies and RWAs for potential redevelopment opportunities.
Build solid relationships with RWA members, Society Chairman, Secretary, Managing Committee members, and residents.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, brokers, and local market research.
Conduct meetings and presentations with society representatives.
Understand society requirements and redevelopment expectations.
Explain company offerings, project benefits, and redevelopment proposals.
Regularly follow up with prospective societies and maintain the complete sales pipeline.




Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility studies, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
Assist in negotiations and closure of society acquisition opportunities.
Maintain updated records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversion status.
Achieve monthly and quarterly society acquisition targets.
Develop a strong network of local property consultants, brokers, contractors, and other referral sources.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field sales and regular society visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior society/RWA members.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, CRM, and reporting.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Developm
