Jaya Collective is looking for a Fashion Consultant to join our multi-designer store in Kala Ghoda. The role combines client styling, sales, fittings, and day-to-day store operations.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with styling, outfit selection, fittings, and purchases.
Take accurate measurements and coordinate alterations when required.
Build client relationships and handle follow-ups.
Manage and organize stock across multiple designers.
Coordinate with designers regarding stock, orders, and product information.
Maintain store displays and ensure garments are properly presented.
Iron/steam garments and prepare stock for display or clients.
Move and organize stock between the store, basement, and storage areas, including lifting and carrying boxes/garments and using stairs.




Assist with general store operations and independently manage the store when required.
Requirements
Experience in fashion retail, sales, styling, or a client-facing role.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable with fittings, measurements, and womenswear sizing.
Good understanding of fashion and garment presentation.
Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role, including lifting, carrying, and moving stock.
Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
Immediate joiner preferred/required.
Preferred
Experience with designer or multi-brand fashion stores.
Knowledge of womenswear fittings and alterations.
