Role Description The Event Sales Executive is responsible for driving delegate and sponsorship sales for Tradepass events and platforms. This full time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting outbound calls and emails,



and building relationships with decision-makers across target industries and regions. The role includes presenting event value propositions, negotiating pricing and packages, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. The Event Sales Executive collaborates with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, ensure accurate client information, and support smooth event delivery. Daily activities include maintaining an updated sales pipeline, preparing regular reports, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve future events.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior professionals and present value propositions clearly.
