What you’ll do:
The India Demand Marcom Manager ensures local relevance of the global segment MarCom strategy for India, while actively contributing to its development and execution. In this role, the specialist acts as the voice of India within the global MarCom function, collaborating closely with Global Segment Content & Campaign Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to share Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and market needs. This input helps shape globally developed campaigns that are aligned with the specific requirements and growth opportunities in India.
In parallel, the specialist is responsible for executing and rolling out GEIS-relevant global segment campaigns within the region, ensuring strong localization and impact. Where gaps exist in global campaign support, the specialist independently identifies opportunities, and proposes, plans, and executes targeted local campaigns. This includes the creation of relevant content to support the commercial growth strategy, with a strong focus on the Industrial and Data Center segments in India.




The role also includes responsibility for event management in India, including tradeshows, Eaton-owned customer events, and the development and activation of initiatives such as a demo truck and associated sales engagement programs.
The primary objective of the India Demand Marcom Manager is to create demand for GEIS offerings and to ensure that all campaigns and content demonstrably contribute to the sales pipeline. Operating within an EMEAI team, the role requires a robust, proactive individual who can act as a trusted partner to sales and collaborate effectively with global colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Additionally, the Demand Marcom Manager continuously analyzes campaign performance and return on investment (ROI) to optimize both current and future demand generation activities.
