About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Sourcing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, sourcing potential clients, building strong professional relationships, and driving the sales process towards successful closures.
The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales and sourcing processes, and the ability to consistently achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sourcing channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business leads.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, opportunities, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers,



and other relevant stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with internal teams.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, negotiations, and closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, property/site visits, and negotiations as required.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize lead conversion.
• Track and maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and developments to identify potential business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and sourcing targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales, sourcing, and pipeline reports to the management.
