The role includes ensuring academic excellence, maintaining compliance with PCI, RGUHS, and other applicable regulatory requirements, promoting research and innovation, supporting faculty and student development, and driving the institution's growth and reputation

t.Administration & Governan
- ceLead and supervise all academic, administrative, and operational activities of the colleg
- e.Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and retain qualified faculty and staf
- f.Prepare annual academic plans, institutional budgets, and development strategie
- s.Ensure effective utilization of financial, human, and infrastructural resource
- s.Maintain discipline and create a positive academic setting for students and staf

f.Regulatory Complian
- ceEnsure compliance with the norms and regulations of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), RGUHS, AICTE (where applicable), UGC, and other statutory authoritie
