Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma with good computer knowledge
Experience: Freshers can apply | 1–3 years preferred
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily data in company systems and Excel files.
Enter, verify and maintain accurate employee, sales, inventory and operational data.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
Collect data from different departments and consolidate it into a standard reporting format.
Identify data errors, missing information and discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned department for correction.
Maintain proper records and ensure data confidentiality.
Support the team in report preparation, data analysis and MIS-related activities.
Complete assigned reports and data updates within the required timelines.
Required Skills
Good System Knowledge and ability to work with company software / web-based systems.
Good MS Office Knowledge, especially:
MS Excel – formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables and report preparation.
MS Word – document preparation and formatting.
MS PowerPoint – basic presentation preparation.
Good typing and data-entry skills with accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MIS / Reporting.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
