Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and job seekers.
Understand their requirements and provide suitable education/job consultancy options.
Explain courses, job opportunities, application processes, and services clearly.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Maintain lead and customer records.
Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, education consultancy, recruitment, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English + Malayalam; additional languages are an advantage.
Confident, professional, and customer-friendly personality.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
