Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Digital Back Office Executive to manage online real estate inquiries, qualify leads, and convert digital prospects into site visits and sales. We need someone who has eye for detail and want to contribute to building India's most comprehensive platform for bank auction and distressed properties. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound real estate leads from websites, incoming calls and and CRM system
Conduct sales calls and regular follow-ups.
Review and analyze auction notices issued under the SARFAESI Act, IBC, and other recovery proceedings
Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information and escalate for clarification.
Maintain data quality standards and ensure duplicate listings are avoided.
Maintain records of processed auction notices and ensure timely completion of assigned targets.




Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data verification and website updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and internet research.
Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
Solid organizational and time management skill
Experience handling online leads, inside sales, or telesales.
Customer-centric and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred

Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate, Proptech, or property portals.
Knowledge of property documentation, home loans, and booking processes.
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred)
