Job Role: Development Manager
Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors.
Manage and develop a team of Insurance Advisors.
Lead and coordinate team activities to achieve business objectives.
Plan and manage development activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.
Develop strategies to achieve sales and business targets.
Build and maintain robust customer and advisor relationships.
Handle day-to-day team management and resolve operational issues.
Use solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Candidates with Marketing and Teaching experience will be preferred.
