Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Provide accurate information about company products/services.
Maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction.

Freshers can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi & English communication skills preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Customer handling experience will be an advantage.

Salary & Advantages
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
