Position: Dental Associate

Qualification: BDS (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Dental Associate to join our dental clinic. The candidate will be responsible for independently handling patients, assisting in the day-to-day functioning of the clinic, performing basic dental procedures, and assisting the senior dentist during advanced procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Independently examine and manage patients under the scope of basic general dentistry.
Take patient history, perform basic dental examinations, and maintain accurate patient records.
Perform basic dental procedures such as scaling and polishing, restorations, temporary fillings, and other procedures within their skill and scope.
Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and treatment plans.
Assist the senior dentist during various dental procedures and treatments.
Ensure proper sterilization, infection-control, and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.




Communicate professionally and courteously with patients and address their basic queries and concerns.
Coordinate with the clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Maintain a professional and patient-friendly environment within the clinic.

Requirements
BDS degree from a recognized dental college.
Valid registration with the appropriate Dental Council.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good clinical skills and willingness to learn.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as under the guidance of a senior dentist.
