Position: Depot Incharge

Experience: 5–7 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the depot.
Day to Day invoice in Billing Software.
Payment Follow-up as per guidance by Management.
Supervise receiving, storage, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
Maintain accurate records of stock, inward/outward materials, and inventory.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to minimize damage and losses.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as required.
Manage and supervise depot staff, loaders, drivers, and other supporting personnel.
Allocate daily work and monitor employee performance and productivity.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials as per requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain all depot-related documents, registers, invoices, challans, and reports.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, logistics, and management teams.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, security, and discipline within the depot.
Monitor vehicle movement and coordinate loading/unloading schedules.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and stock reports for management.




Identify operational issues and take corrective action promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
5–7 years of relevant experience in depot, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or inventory management.
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Valuable team-handling and leadership skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and handle operational pressure.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
