Key Responsibilities
Lead the Sales & Marketing function with responsibility for revenue growth, business development and market expansion.
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Build and manage solid relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
Identify current business prospects, markets and strategic partnerships.
Lead, mentor and drive the sales team towards achieving performance targets.
Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, pricing and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
12–15+ years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, including 5+ years in a leadership role .
Robust track record in B2B sales, business development, revenue growth and team handling .
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing or SaaS domains will be preferred.
