Job Role: Senior Customer Services Executive
Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Provide skilled assistance and guidance throughout the service process.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and productive completion of service jobs.
Explain required repairs, maintenance, and service recommendations to customers.
Follow up with customers regarding service status and delivery.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain solid customer relationships and encourage repeat service visits.
Work towards achieving service revenue targets.
Support the achievement of spare parts sales targets.
Ensure accurate documentation and records of customer service activities.
Maintain company service quality standards and processes.
