Operate the diesel dispensing system safely and efficiently.
Dispense diesel to company vehicles and machinery as authorized.
Record vehicle number, date, time, diesel quantity, and meter readings for every transaction.
Maintain daily diesel issue and consumption records.
Monitor diesel stock and report low stock levels to the concerned supervisor.
Verify opening and closing stock and reconcile physical stock with records.
Ensure diesel is issued only to authorized vehicles/personnel.
Check vehicle details and obtain necessary authorization before fuel dispensing.
Maintain the diesel bunk area clean, organized, and free from unnecessary materials.
Follow all fire, safety, and environmental procedures while handling diesel.
Immediately report any fuel leakage, equipment malfunction, shortage,



or unusual consumption.
Maintain proper records of diesel receipts, issues, and balance stock.
Coordinate with the Transport and Administration teams regarding fuel requirements.
Assist in monitoring abnormal or excess fuel consumption and report discrepancies.
Ensure the fuel dispensing equipment and meter are functioning properly.
Perform other duties assigned by the management or reporting supervisor
