Job Summary:

Responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining robust customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain qualified and positive relationships with customers
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, services, and requests
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details
Assist in preparing customer reports and MIS
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts, and other internal teams
Collect customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement
Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers

Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Skilled and confident personality
Robust follow-up and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently

Qualification & Experience:
BBA / B.Com / Graduate in any discipline
0–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or similar roles
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Preferred Experience:
Experience in customer service, retail, real estate, hospitality, banking, or corporate services
Candidates with strong communication and relationship-building skills preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
