Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair motors, control panels, MCC, PCC, VFDs, starters, relays, and sensors.
Carry out electrical wiring, cable laying, and cable termination.
Monitor and maintain electrical systems and plant machinery.
Read and understand electrical drawings and control circuits.
Attend electrical breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
Inspect equipment and identify potential electrical faults.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare daily reports.
Follow electrical safety procedures, SOPs, and EHS standards.
Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Candidate must hold a valid B or C Electrical Licence.
