Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
Website Management
Oversee the management of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
Product Management
Collaborate with the merchandising team to manage product listings, inventory, and pricing strategies.
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media promotions to increase traffic and sales.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Engagement




Enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing initiatives and improved customer service strategies.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills
E-commerce Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
D2C Knowledge: Solid understanding of D2C business models and customer acquisition strategies.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Project Management: Solid organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
