We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business operations across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling marketplace operations, product listings, sales growth, inventory coordination, and customer experience management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other online platforms
Upload and update product details, images, pricing, and descriptions
Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales performance
Monitor marketplace performance and daily sales activities
Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations
Maintain inventory updates and stock management across all platforms
Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discount offers
Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and marketplace insights
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for branding and promotional activities
Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations and account management
Required Skills:
Experience in handling e-commerce marketplaces
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
Good understanding of product listing and catalog management
Solid communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
