About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on growth manager who can own our D2C e-commerce and quick commerce (q-commerce) presence end-to-end — from running performance ads to designing creatives to managing our Shopify storefront.

Key Responsibilities

Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket etc.)
Manage brand listings, pricing, and visibility across quick commerce platforms
Run and optimize sponsored ads/campaigns on these platforms
Track and improve key metrics: conversion rate, ROAS, stock availability, ratings
Coordinate with platform account managers for promotions, slotting, and inventory planning

E-commerce & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads)
Manage budgets and report on CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Shopify Website Management
Design, update, and maintain the Shopify store (theme customization, product pages, collections, checkout flow)
Optimize site UX/UI for conversion
Basic troubleshooting of apps/plugins and page speed

Creative & Design
Design ad creatives, banners, product images, and social media graphics (Canva/Photoshop/Figma)




Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Analytics & Reporting
Track performance across platforms using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta/Google Ads dashboards
Prepare weekly/monthly growth reports with actionable insights

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing brands on Indian quick commerce platforms (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart/BigBasket)
2+ years overall experience in e-commerce growth/performance marketing
Proven experience running Meta & Google Ads with measurable ROAS
Working knowledge of Shopify (theme edits, apps, basic liquid/CSS a plus)
Proficiency in design tools — Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
Robust analytical skills; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and ad dashboards
Self-starter who can work independently in a quick-paced environment

Positive to Have
Experience with SEO for Shopify stores
Basic video editing for reels/ads
Prior experience in D2C FMCG, beauty, or food & beverage brands

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
