Job Overview

APB Engineering Projects is looking for a motivated and responsible Digital Marketing & Customer Handling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting digital marketing activities, generating leads, communicating with customers, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the company’s digital marketing activities.
Handle social media platforms and online promotions.
Generate and follow up on leads through digital channels.
Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.




Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, enquiries, and customer requirements.
Maintain customer and lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Assist in improving the company’s online presence and brand visibility.
Prepare basic reports on leads, enquiries, and marketing activities.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
