Job Title: Dispatch Executive The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating order dispatch, inventory movement, and timely delivery of goods to café outlets, retail stores, and HORECA clients. The role ensures accurate documentation, proper packaging, and smooth coordination between warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process dispatch orders as per sales invoices
Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and delivery partners
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and invoices
Verify quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch
Track daily dispatch status and resolve delivery issues
Coordinate with sales and accounts for order confirmation
Maintain stock movement records and update MIS reports
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standard

Required Skills & Competencies




Basic knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and inventory handling
Positive coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software preferred)

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Diploma (Logistics, Supply Chain preferred)
1–3 years of experience in dispatch / warehouse / logistics
Experience in food, FMCG, or retail is an added advantage

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,298.68 - ₹21,075.50 per month
