Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IPDRG Coder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in inpatient coding and diagnosis-related group (DRG) coding with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate coding of inpatient records using ICD-10-CM and DRG guidelines.
- Review medical records to ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding policies.
- Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 1-6 years in IPDRG coding.
- Certified Coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and DRG coding.
