Hiring: Relationship Manager – Car Sales

We are looking for a energetic and customer-oriented Relationship Manager – Car Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for automobiles and robust sales skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements
Present and explain car features, specifications, and advantages
Conduct test drives and assist customers throughout the purchase journey
Promote finance, insurance, and other add-on services
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships




Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
1+ year experience in automobile/showroom sales
Freshers with valid 4-wheeler license can apply for Bangalore location
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Valid 4-wheeler driving license (Mandatory)

Compensation:
₹18,000 – ₹28,000 (In-Hand)
