Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The candidate will prepare reports, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to management and various departments.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business data from different sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from data.
Maintain accurate and updated databases and records.
Create data visualizations and presentations for management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Work with different departments to understand data requirements.
Identify data errors and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Perform data analysis using spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools.
Provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards where required.
Assist management with forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
Maintain proper documentation of reports, processes, and data sources.




Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data-security policies.

Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred.
Valuable understanding of statistics and data interpretation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with strong analytical skills and relevant projects may also apply.
