GAMMA Marine is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on SEO, social media, content marketing and improving online brand visibility.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Drive lead generation for student admissions; track conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI/ROAS across campaigns.
Own end-to-end management of the website, SEO/SEM strategy, social media channels, and digital content calendar.
Partner with the admissions team to improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and marketing-to-admissions handoff.
Develop compelling course promotions, video content, digital advertisements, and student-engagement campaigns.
Deliver monthly performance dashboards and analytics reports covering leads, spend, and campaign ROI.




Ensure accuracy and consistency of all published course and institutional information across digital platforms.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing / performance marketing.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
Prior experience in education, EdTech, or maritime training sectors strongly preferred.
Excellent content writing, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.

Timing Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
