Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads and business opportunities.
Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns and automated sequences.
Research and identify relevant prospects and target audiences.
Create engaging email content, subject lines, and follow-up sequences.
Manage email lists, segmentation, and lead databases.
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, replies, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Set up and manage email automation workflows.
Maintain email deliverability and minimize bounce and spam rates.
Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
Continuously test recent strategies to improve outreach and lead generation.





Requirements
1.5–4 years of experience in email marketing, cold outreach, or marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
Strong understanding of cold email campaigns, lead generation, email sequences, and deliverability.
Valuable copywriting and communication skills.
Knowledge of email analytics and campaign optimization.
Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools is preferred.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹16,667.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
