About the Role

Sapphire IQ is looking for a creative and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at student engagement, lead nurturing, conversions, and communication.

The ideal candidate should understand email marketing fundamentals and be comfortable planning campaigns, creating engaging email content, managing contact lists, and tracking campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for different audience segments.
Create engaging and qualified email content, including subject lines and CTAs.
Develop email sequences for lead nurturing, follow-ups, onboarding, and engagement.
Manage and maintain email lists and audience segmentation.
Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.




Identify prospects to improve email engagement and conversion rates.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with ongoing business goals.

Requirements
Previous experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role .
Good understanding of email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools .
Understanding of email analytics and campaign performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Creativity and a results-driven approach.
