Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and skilled manner.
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Work with internal teams to provide quick solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
