Role & responsibilities:
Financial Management and Reporting
Prepare, analyze, and present Monthly P&L; statements, MIS, and financial reports.
Manage monthly trial closures, annual operating plans, and budget comparisons.
Develop and monitor key financial metrics and reporting dashboards to ensure financial transparency and control.
Strategic
Planning and Budgeting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning processes.
Perform detailed costing, including product costing, to optimize profitability.
Support the formulation and execution of strategic financial plans. Compliance and Taxation
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including direct and indirect taxation.
Ensure all accounting practices are aligned with corporate policies and legal requirements.
Process Optimization and Automation
Drive operational efficiency by implementing automation and cost-saving initiatives.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions for enhanced accounting systems.
Supervise accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
Ensure accurate and timely closure of day-to-day accounting activities.
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Finalist preferred.
