Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Banking Sales / Voice Process

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls related to banking products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
Promote relevant banking products and convert customer interactions into sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned individual sales and performance targets.
Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and processes.
Maintain high customer service and interaction quality standards.
Resolve customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
Follow all banking policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Language Requirements
