Job Role: Fitness Trainer
Create personalized training programs based on individual goals, fitness levels, and physical limitations.
Conduct personal and group training sessions effectively.
Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and provide real-time feedback to ensure safety and proper form.
Monitor client progress and track fitness milestones using assessment tools.
Adjust workout programs regularly to support continuous improvement.
Motivate and inspire members to maintain consistency and achieve their fitness goals.
Create a positive, energetic, and supportive training environment.
Provide basic guidance on health, wellness, and nutrition.
Ensure the gym floor is clean, organized, and protected.
Ensure gym equipment is used correctly and report any safety or maintenance issues.
Build robust relationships with clients and provide professional support throughout their fitness journey.




Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and reliability during all training sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications
Certification: Nationally recognized Personal Training certification such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in personal or group training preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
Ability to explain complex exercises and movements in straightforward terms.
Strong motivational and coaching skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professionally committed.
CPR/AED: Current CPR/AED certification required.
Knowledge of basic health, wellness, and nutrition practices.
