Job Role: Fitness &
Sports Center Manager
Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness and sports center.
Drive membership sales, revenue growth, and business development.
Manage and supervise staff to ensure smooth center operations.
Support customer onboarding and provide excellent customer service.
Build robust relationships with members and understand their requirements.
Promote fitness programs, memberships, and sports activities.
Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned business targets.
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer experience.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate fitness and sports programs to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support.
Implement strategies to improve membership retention and customer satisfaction.
Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed.




Prepare and maintain basic operational and sales reports.
