Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the sales team on the showroom floor.
Allocate daily duties and monitor staff performance.
Ensure customers receive excellent service and assistance throughout their visit.
Support the team in achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor showroom discipline, grooming, attendance, and staff behaviour.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewellery products.
Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the inventory team.
Assist sales executives in customer handling and product demonstrations.
Track daily sales performance and prepare reports for management.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and support sales conversions.
Coordinate with the cashier, inventory, and management teams for smooth operations.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
