Key Responsibilities of a Floor Coordinator
Patient Experience Management: Conducting daily rounds to meet with patients, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and Ensuring patient comfort.
Operational Efficiency: Coordinating with nursing staff and doctors to facilitate timely patient admissions and discharges.




Administrative Coordination: Updating discharge boards, managing room occupancy, and ensuring the floor is properly staffed and stocked.
Quality and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to hygiene standards, infection control protocols, and safety regulations.
Grievance Handling: Acting as the primary point of contact for patient issues and escalating complaints to senior management if necessary.
