Team Leader - Airtel Payments Bank (Merchant Sales)

Job Role Lead a field sales team to acquire merchants for Airtel Payments Bank Soundbox, QR, and Zero Balance Current Accounts, ensuring target achievement and quality onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
- Drive merchant acquisition for:
- Airtel Payments Bank Soundbox
- Airtel Payments Bank QR
- Zero Balance Current Accounts
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct daily team huddles, field coaching, and market visits.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
- Ensure quality KYC and merchant onboarding.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Build relationships with merchants and local market influencers.
- Submit daily MIS and sales reports.

Eligibility
- Graduate preferred.




- 2-5 years of field sales/team handling experience.
- Experience in fintech, banking, telecom, merchant acquisition, or payment solutions preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
