Data Entry cum Computer Operator (Warehouse & Import/Export)

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain warehouse stock, inward, and outward records in ERP/Excel.
- Update import and export shipment details in the system.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and other logistics documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams for daily operations.
- Track inventory movements and update stock reports.
- Verify shipping documents and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Maintain records of GRN, purchase orders, dispatch details, and transport documents.
- Ensure proper filing and record maintenance of import/export documentation.

Required Skills:
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with import/export documentation.
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Knowledge of ERP.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Qualification
- Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or import/export operations.
