Liaise with banks and NBFCs for term loans, working capital, and bank guarantees for solar projects
Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and full credit documentation packages
Build and maintain project finance models — DSCR, IRR, NPV, debt-equity structuring, and
sensitivity analysis
Analyze sanction letters and ACALs to identify gaps against tender EMD/PBG obligations
Coordinate pre-disbursement conditions and milestone-linked fund releases with lenders and project
teams
Submit quarterly MIS and financial statements as required by lenders
Manage bank guarantee validity, renewal timelines, escrow accounts, and margin money
requirements
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Experience:
- project / infrastructure finance: 3 years (required)
