About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and optimise Agile delivery processes while supporting business and operational governance. This role focuses on guiding teams in Agile Scrum practices, ensuring effective backlog prioritisation, managing capacity and demand,
and supporting project governance activities, including SAFE Agile frameworks, financial tracking, and reporting.
What you’ll do:
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes.
- Guide and coach teams on Agile Scrum principles and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Developers to prioritise and maintain the product backlog.
- Ensure teams operate collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support business management activities, including workforce, vendor, and capacity management.
- Contribute to SAFE Agile project management governance and processes.
- Track and monitor charge costs, resolve billing queries, and support financial adjustments.
- Analyse and present planned versus utilised capacity across Scrum teams.
