Sales & Business Development
- Visit assigned retail outlets according to the daily route plan.
- Promote and sell the company's FMCG product range.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and develop new retail customers within the assigned territory.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Inform retailers about ongoing schemes, promotions, and new product launches.

Retailer App Demonstration & Onboarding
- Conduct live demonstrations of the app, including product browsing, order placement, payment options, and order tracking.
- Train retailers to independently place orders using the app.
- Encourage retailers to shift from manual or phone orders to digital ordering.
- Follow up with newly onboarded retailers to ensure active and regular app usage.
- Troubleshoot basic app-related issues and coordinate with the support team for advanced technical problems.
- Collect retailer feedback on app usability and suggest improvements to management.

Customer Relationship Management




- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement.

Reporting & Administration
- Record customer visits, sales orders, app registrations, and retailer feedback using the company's sales system or CRM.
- Submit daily sales and activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide timely updates.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, retail sales, or field sales.
