Job Overview

We are looking for confident, energetic, and passionate individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Fundraisers. The role involves interacting directly with the public, creating awareness about our organization’s animal welfare initiatives, and encouraging people to support our cause through donations.

Key Responsibilities
- Approach and engage with people at assigned locations.
- Explain the organization’s mission, campaigns, and animal welfare initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with potential donors.
- Encourage individuals to contribute through donations.
- Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets.
- Maintain professionalism while representing the organization.
- Record donor information and submit daily activity reports.
- Work effectively as part of a fundraising team.

Requirements:




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to interact with the public.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior fundraising, sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
- Comfortable working at airport/field locations.
