Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

ATL Marketing
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns including print media, outdoor advertising, radio, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.

BTL Marketing & Activations
- Plan and execute apartment activations, society campaigns, exhibitions, kiosks, corporate activations, and local marketing events.
- Organize roadshows, referral campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Generate high-quality leads through offline marketing initiatives.
Vendor & Event Management
- Coordinate with event agencies, branding vendors, and promotional partners.
- Manage event logistics, branding materials, and on-ground execution.
- Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget.
Lead Generation




- Work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to ensure timely follow-up of campaign-generated leads.
- Track lead quality, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Recommend recent marketing initiatives to improve lead generation and customer engagement.
Brand Visibility
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all ATL and BTL activities.
- Support showroom launches, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing collateral, standees, brochures, and promotional merchandise.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare campaign performance reports and marketing MIS.
- Track campaign ROI, budgets, and vendor performance.
- Provide recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in ATL/BTL marketing, brand activation, or event marketing.
- Experience in the interior design, real estate, retail, or home improve
