Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and networking activities.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and investors.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
