Job Title: Video Editor (4+ Years Experience)

Role Overview:
This role requires someone who understands modern content trends, can execute high-quality edits across formats, and contribute creatively to brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality videos across multiple formats:
○ Short-form (Reels, Shorts, Ads)

○ Long-form (YouTube, brand films)

○ Campaign videos & digital ads
- Create engaging montages, storytelling edits, and fast-paced social media content
- Design and execute motion graphics, transitions, and animations
- Work on VFX and CGI elements, including:
○ Rotoscoping (Roto)

○ Compositing

○ Green screen keying

○ Basic 3D integration (where required)
- Develop company showreels, brand films, and portfolio videos
- Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver accordingly
- Stay updated with latest editing trends, formats, and platform algorithms




- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality output and attention to detail
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Ads)

Required Skills & Expertise:Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced)
- Adobe After Effects (Advanced)
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Intermediate)
- Adobe Media Encoder

Core Skills:
- Motion Graphics & Animation
- VFX & CGI Basics
- Rotoscoping (Roto)
- Color Correction & Color Grading
- Sound Design & Sync Editing
- Storytelling & Visual Narrative

AI & New-Age Tools:
- Hands-on with AI tools like:
○ Runway ML / Pika / Sora-style tools (or equivalents)

○ AI-based video enhancement & automation tools
- Understanding of AI-assisted editing workflows

Additional Skills (Positive to Have):
- Basic 3D knowledge (Blender / Cinema 4D)
- Knowledge of camera angles, framing, and cinematography
- Experience with ad creatives & performance-driven content
- Understanding of meme culture & int
