Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (AP)
- Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents.
- Prepare and process vendor payments within agreed timelines.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding payables and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payment-related queries.

Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Generate customer invoices and maintain billing records.
- Track customer collections and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve outstanding issues.
- Prepare periodic receivables ageing reports.

Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure timely resolution of unreconciled transactions.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and schedules.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.




- Prepare reports required by management for decision-making.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist Chartered Accountants in filing:
- GST Returns
- TDS Returns
- Qualified Tax (PT)
- Other statutory filings as applicable
- Maintain records required for statutory audits and tax assessments.
- Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting regulations.

General Accounting
- Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Verify accounting entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
